On today's MSN video highlights there is a clip, which I have not seen, on scientists creating a part-human sheep. Does this mean we will now have to police sheep for criminal behavior? Can you imagine a criminal element in the animal kingdom? When does an animal become sufficiently human that our laws apply to them?
