What are culpable mental states for ABC violations? Does Chapter 6 PC apply unless specifically stated otherwise in ABC?

Hey, I once had a defendant named ABC. ABC Underwood. No periods. Just ABC. Her sister was named Sheregal -- as in "she regal."

Yes, and her middle name is WC. What's next? Naming a kid after the entire alphabet?

I heard a story once about a Lemonjello and Orangejello once.

But, it might have just been a story.

ABC and Sheregal Underwood are not urban myths, unlike Lemonjello and Oranjello. I personally tried Sheregal and ABC was a co-defendant/witness. But I'm sure they're both leading highly successful lives by now, just like Lemonjello, Oranjello.
