Sorry I don't have the whole voir dire handy, but I'd spend some time on theft = with intent to deprive the owner of the property V. UUMV - use that exceeds the scope of the consent (if there was any consent) or use without consent, but absent the intent to deprive the owner of the property. Similar in a way to the difference between theft (I stole your phone) V. criminal mischief - I threw your phone against the wall. Hope this helps.
