Got a 10 year old female victim of agg sex that has come back with HPV. From what I'm seeing there don't seem to be any reliable tests to test men (or boys in this case) for HPV. Am I wrong?

I understand that, most of the time, there is no way to test a male for HPV. However, we were able to test a capital murder defendant where he was not merely infected with the virus but actually had warts to scrape and test. I would call a doctor with all the facts of your case and get an answer.
