Help!!!!

I seem to recall a recent Court of Criminal Appeals case, where the Court stated something to the effective: "This Court will not mine the record to find support for (someone's position; can't remember if it was ruling against State or Appellant).

Anyone come across that language?

I did a Lexis search and came up with a March 04 TX Supreme Court case: Crawford v. Washington.

"we decline to mine the record in search of indicia of reliability"
