I love how the question that comes to mind for the woman is "who would be that color?" Like there's something wrong with orange or painting yourself green is easier to understand.

C'mon people. This was Dallas. The real problem here is that earth tones are so last year.

Thank goodness for the sock

"Passover begins tonight, and in Israel the dispute continues over how to interpret its Festival of Matzot (Prohibition of Leaven) Law, 5746-1986, (also known as the "Hametz Law"). Last year, a court held that its ban on the public display any leavened product for sale or consumption during Passover did not prevent the sale in a closed place of business of leavened products. (See prior posting.) The Haredi (ultra-Orthodox) community is still distressed over the ruling. This week, according to Arutz Sheva, to protest the interpretation, yeshiva student Aryeh Yerushalmi entered a Tel Aviv grocery store, went to the bread section, and stripped naked (except for a sock over his private parts). He says Israeli law bans performing an indecent act in a public place, but if a grocery store is not "public" for purposes of the Hametz Law, its should not be for the indecent exposure law either."

That has nothing to do with passover, and he knows it. He's just a die hard Red Hot Chili Peppers fan.

Travis County prosecutors have dismissed an improper photography charge against a Houston man found taking pictures of topless women near Hippie Hollow Park in August.

There wasn't sufficient evidence to show it was done ... with an intent to arouse or gratify," Assistant District Attorney Claire Dawson-Brown said.

Well, that and the fact that the pictures were taken in public at a nudist or topless (whichever it is) park brings the issue of consent into the picture. imho.

JohnR,

Things deteriorated only after I left!!!

When the hanging, drawing, and quartering terminated, the people thought they could do anything! It's anarchy.

U of Oregon to Frisbee team: No pants, no season

JOSEPH B. FRAZIER

(AP) PORTLAND, Oregon - In the world of intercollegiate Ultimate Frisbee, it's ultimately not cool to go without pants.

So said a student board that governs club sports at the University of Oregon when it ended a highly-ranked team's season after five players shed their pants and underwear April 11 during sectional play at Oregon State University in Corvallis.

The squad had already been on probation since November for serving alcohol to minors and making way too much noise at a party to end last season, resulting in fines and citations. Now the team, known as EGO (Eugene Gentlemen's Organization) is crying foul.

"We put on the longest shirts we had," pleaded player Kevin Minderhout. "We have some jerseys that are pretty long."

Here's the rest of the story
