The headline says it all: Vancouver health authority begins its free crack pipe program for addicts.

The 'kits' include mouthpieces, filters, alcohol swabs, screens and push sticks - everything one needs to smoke it up! The only thing left out is the gun that a crackhead will need so he can rob people to get money to buy the crack that he will smoke in his free, taxpayer-funded, crackpipe kit!

A total of 60,000 are expected to be handed out in the next few months.

Since Vancouver has a population of around 640,000, that would mean that 10% of its population are crackheads! No wonder their hockey team sucks so bad! lol
