Can someone email me a motion to have a child testify via closed circuit TV? I have one, but can't seem to put my hands on it right now. Thanks in advance.

I don't have a motion and Lisa sent one - but odd things stick in memory and the case is Maryland v. Craig, 497 U.S. 836 (1990) which allowed a child to testify by closed circuit TV...
