Bad guy confesses to downloading and watching child porn. He very specifically describes videos by their names and describes the contents of the videos. These videos are known child pornography and his description matches their names and contents. Problem is, only the file names associated with the pornography are found on the computer. The guy admitted to installing a program to shred all images. Has anyone had a case similar to this? I would appreciate any thoughts.
