what procedures have your jurisdiction come up with to reopen court but still try to have precautions
Wondering about JP court, County Court, and District Court.

We are dividing our docket into morning and afternoon sessions to reduce the number of people in the courtroom at the same time. We also plan to have the bailiff seat each person as they come in to maintain significant distance between all parties. We usually have 30-40 defendants show up each docket, so now we expect 15-20 in our courtroom which is relatively large.

Same as above.....10 in the morning, 10 in the afternoon.

Not sure, at that rate, that we will ever get through the backlog, but doing the best we can!
