If I want to ask a judge to deny bond in a capital murder case is there a time requirement in which to hold a hearing? If so, does anyone have a standard form that they've used?

thanks,
Jarvis Parsons

Article, I, Sec. 11Sec. 11. BAIL. All prisoners shall be bailable by sufficient sureties, unless for capital offenses, when the proof is evident.

You might be thinking of the time limit for denial of bond in non-capital cases where denial is constitutional. I think it's in Art. I, sec. 11a or somewhere around there.
