Series of "Not Guilty" Verdicts on Cases We Should Have Won.
Ever since we started jury trials again, we have been having horrible results on cases that otherwise looked like slam dunks. Is anyone else seeing this with their post-Covid juries? I am guessing that it has something to do with anti-law enforcement sentiment and maybe the stress of the lockdowns and mandates that are having an impact on the way juries are deciding our cases. Any thoughts?

We haven't had any issues. The one case we tried in the middle of covid was a bad result, but the ones afterwards have been on target. One was even assault on a peace officer. But that may be that I'm in a rural county and we have less of the mess.
