Has anyone used this section, it's the "kingpin" statute.

I haven't heard of it being used yet. But hey, somebody has to be first!

I thought the Penal Code ended at Chapter 49. That's what Warren told me.

Worst statute ever. Ridiculously specific.

We are trying to use it as well. One tough area is finding evidence other than co-conspirator statements.
