He yells, threatens, assaults, physically restrains, plays mind games, withholds food & water (and shower), and at one point comes very close to raping her before she frantically begs him to stop and (surprisingly) he does. He finally takes her home 2 days later. He's charged with agg kidnapping, alleging he abducted her with intent to cause bodily injury, violate or abuse sexually, and terrorize. Jury is charged in the disjunctive. General verdict of guilty; 15 years TDCJ.
