Has anyone had problems or success trying to get subscriber information from DirecTV? We are nvestigatng a credit card abuse case where a stolen card was used to pay a DirecTV bill. DirecTV won't recognize a grand jury subpoena citing 47 USC 338. And of course they are based out of California.
