Okay. I got a three count indictment. 1 2nd degree and 2 state jail offenses. Defendant is pleading to all three counts. How should the forms be done? (Three separate judgments, or modified judgment showing all three counts and levels?)

We do a separate judgment for each count.

Well if it's good enough for Round Rock, it's good enough for Rusk

I like to do separate judgments on all counts, but string them together into one document with "Page x of y" for page numbering, so that it will be clear that there are multiple pages of judgments.

Because of scheduling problems, we are considering leaving the judge presding blank and/or using a rubber stamp with the appropriate judge's name. Any ideas?
