Ladies and Gentlemen,

We have a felony criminal mischief case that has been set for trial. I have not been able to locate a sample jury charge for it in the Texas Pattern Jury Charges books that we have in our office. Moreover, our office's Westlaw plan does not cover access to some additional resources on Westlaw that might have one.

Does anyone here have a sample jury charge for criminal mischief? If so, then could you send it to me? Please let me know. Thanks!
