Our cases are such that we claim the State is the victim (theft of State Property & Contamination/Pollution) Obviously, State will consent and agree, as well as being "requesting" party. Objective is to get Order from Court, directing, ordering and/or authorizing mediation. Fully joined and agreed by Defendants.
