During plea proceedings Judge states he will not restrict access to V (V's family is in agreement). However, written order DOES restrict access? Which controls?

When it is a felony sentence the oral pronouncement controls (See State v. Davis, 349 SW3d 535)the record must show that a new or mocified sentence was orally pronounced to all parties) I am not sure this controls on all judgments.
