Working on appeal that argues the SDFI is unreliable under scientific theory. Literature entered as an exhibit states this should not be considered a scientific document. "Color is a science onto itself." So do I equate this to a soft science and argue that it is no different than taking a color picture and making it B/W? Read previous posts about this but does not help with the issue on appeal. Any suggestions?
