I found the following on this forum and forwarded it to my probation chief. He wants an example from a probation dept, and I cant remember which topic the post came from.....if you posted it, can you send me your probation language. If you didn't post it but use similar language, can you please send it to me.

"Every order granting probation in our county includes the specific language that the filing of a motion to revoke or a motion to adjudicate does not terminate the requirements of this order."
