I'm trying an Aggravated Robbery case on Monday. This defendant is probation eligible and juries here are very rehab oriented and anti-law enforcement. This is the 3rd defendant we've tried in this case. We got pen time on the first 2 defendants, but it was not a lot of time considering they were doing very violent home invasions of elderly people. The invasions were not a quick in and out either. They took their time psychologically tormenting the victims. In any case, I'm wondering if anyone out there has done a voir dire on similar facts and could supply sample hypos and questions that you've used.
