Does anyone know where this term is defined, and if so if it includes a school? I conducted some e-searches on Texas Statutes online and Lexis but could not find it. This is my lazy way out.

I may have a potential Arson of a school and would like to charge as a 1st under 28.02(d)(2). I have looked at other cases and the only ones I can find history on have charged as a 2nd.
