On Monday, Aug. 20, will select jury in non fatal “Shaken Baby” case (Abusive Head Trauma). I’d be grateful for and appreciative if anyone has a good set of Voire Dire Questions/Outline for such case.

We’ve indicted her on First Degree-Intentional; Second Degree-Recklessly and State Jail-Criminal Negligence. Both Act and Omission.

Grateful for help on Voire Dire Questions/Outline and any other good info, tips, case law, etc that would be of value.
