Anyone receive an open records request for office budgets from this outfit? the are out of Virginia, but have offices in a number of states, including Texas. Some sort of civil liberties deal...

Yes. I have received two. After I promptly answered the request for a copy of my 2007-2008 budget they sent me a new request for the 2006-2007 budget.
