The CCA actually found that a defendant has abused the writ process by filing too many subsequent claims after losing the first writ. How many times do you think he had to file the same claim before it was an abuse?

How about 9!!!! I wonder if the trial judge in any of the previous applications found an abuse and made a recommendation to the CCA to that effect?
