D hacks into ex-girlfriend's email acoount and sends several emails to the the law firm she has hired to file suit against him for child support telling them to dismiss the suit. Of course, it appears to law firm that emails are coming from victim. Emails are determined to have come from computer at D's residence.

Is the victim's email address a "unique electronic address" so as to be "identifying information" under 32.51(a) (1) (C), so that can pursue felony fraudulent use of ID info?

If not, then is the misdemeanor of online harassment the way to charge this case (offense occurred March of 2011)?

What about Section 33.07(b), Penal Code (Online Impersonation). Base class A misdemeanor.
