Has anyone's office established firm procedures regarding plea agreements with undocumented workers? Or a policy of ensuring that ICE is informed? Has any office gone so far as to direct staff to report suspected undocumented workers? The reason I ask is because of the media attention given to a perceived lack of response by various state officials to the problems of illegal immigration. I am not going to venture into that quagmire to express an opinion - I am just curious how it is being handled by prosecutors across the State.
