We have several vehicles we need to sell seized in drug cases. Is there a form that can be given to the buyer or do we need to get a title in our name before we sell them?

LJ, we sell ours at an auction. Normally we have already gotten the title in our name. We use an auctioneer in Sweetwater, Kevin Hutson. He is very familiar with doing this. You might contact him. He sure makes things much smoother.
