Here in Hood County we have our first prostitution case in a very long time. It seems that the officer, who was acting undercover, asked the defendant for some "joints". The defendant said that he would give her some marijuana for a "blow job".

Does this qualify as "soliciting another to engage in sexual conduct for a fee"? I tend to think so because the marijuana would be his "fee". I am curious to see what you all think.
