Can I get Defendant's blood tested for HIV & other diseases with a court order or do I need search warrant? Is there statutory authority to have it done by court order? If so anyone have a sample they are willing to share? If it requires search warrant any samples would be appreciated.

Officer bit real bad by guy he was arresting last night. Obviously he is concerned about diseases the guy may have & wants to be checked out. Thanks in advance for any help.
