I've recently had a prosecution derailed because of too much publicity, mostly generated by defense counsel. There are other cases of the same nature which are going to bring about the same attention. Do any of you have any experience in requesting gag orders that can point me in the right direction? I'm fixing to start researching it myself, but any shortcuts from those of you with any practical experience would be appreciated.
