Posting to see if anyone has language that they use in search warrants regarding biometrics. I would like for all of my ICAC officers to begin using standard language to include biometrics for fingerprints, facial recognition, and retina recognition that will hopefully unlock digital devices during the execution of their warrants. Bonus points if your search warrants have been upheld on appeal.
