Have any of you handled a contempt case on an attorney for courtroom conduct? I will be handling a case like this which stems from one of my criminal trials. I could use any help or advice you can give me concerning forms and procedure.

I have twice been asked by the court to prosecute a contempt of court case in which the attorney failed to appear for a hearing without notifying the court in advance of a reason for their non-appearance.
