We are working on drafting under this statute, and once we got started we realized there are so many variables. Wondering if anyone else had drafted under this yet? Thanks.

Here is a rough draft we just came up with. Do you believe we need the portions stating "issued under the Texas Family Code Section #" ? Thanks much.

JOHN DOE, hereinafter referred to as defendant, did then and there, during a period that was twelve (12) months or less in duration, to-wit: from on or about September 3, 2013 through on or about September 20, 2013, commit two or more violations of a court order in that:
1. the defendant di d intentionally and knowingly violate an order of the ###th District Court of ___ County, Texas, dated Feb. 1, 2003, under Cause Number #####, issued under the Texas Family Code Section _____, by intentionally and knowingly communicating directly by telephone with VICTIM in a threatening manner;
2. the defendant di d intentionally and knowingly violate an order of the ###th District Court of ___ County, Texas, dated Feb. 1, 2003, under Cause Number #####, issued under the Texas Family Code Section _____, by intentionally and knowingly communicating directly and in person with VICTIM in a threatening manner;
3. the defendant di d intentionally and knowingly violate a condition of bond of the ###th District Court of ___ County, Texas, dated March 17, 2003, under Cause Number #####, issued under the Texas Family Code Section _____, by intentionally and knowingly communicating directly by telephone with VICTIM in a threatening manner;
