I'm looking for any sample voir dire or juror questionnaires anyone would be willing to share. I've got these cases coming up for trial and am tweaking some old voir dires, but looking for something new. It's been years since I've had an adult Agg Sex Assault go to trial, and this is a combo case with LOTS of fun issues.

Did you end up using a questionnaire in your a case? If so would you mind sharing? I have an Aggravated Sexual Assault case coming up and would like to use one.
