What do y'all think of this article? Would we consider this sort of registration in Texas? Should failing to register under this act be the same level crime as failing to register under the Sex Offender Registration?

I'm curious what other Prosecutors think of the idea. I haven't drawn any conclusions myself yet..

Philip, What was the verdict? I think I like having dangerous persons required to register. Just had a woman raped by someone who is on parole for Kidnapping. Why not warn the public so they can be careful?
