You make a salient point about the delay in returning the verdict. The homemade silencer, bulletproof vest, and the fake beard are condemning facts. Do these facts also constitute "exceptional factors" for punishment purposes? Seems they should!

Just goes to show there is certainly nothing civil about the practice of civil law, some of whom regard us as some sort of lower rung tawdry lawyers based upon our "customers".
