Good Afternoon,

I have a case where an individual was found NGRI in 2004 for murdering his mother (and drowning the dog). He was committed under CCP 46.03. Every year we have a hearing to keep him at the state facility under CCP 46C.261. this year, the individual has requested a jury trial (he is entitled under 46C.255) on this issue. I am looking for any prosecutor who has handled a jury trial on this issue (the renewal). I need a jury charge if possible. Thank you!
