Since the legislative changes of 9-1-03, has anybody ordered a psychiatric evaluation for competency or insanity? Do you mind sharing the order that was used?

Todd: The effective date of the omnibus competency re-write bill (SB 1057) is January 1, 2004. You can continue to use existing language for any evaluations ordered before that date.
