Dr. Malpass will be a witness in a murder trial on the "unreliability" of eyewitness testimony. He is a professor at UTEP and I have reviewed his stuff on the internet. Has anyone seen him used in trial. As an aside, I tried to get him to consult with me on the issue in the past and he has never agreed to work for me (the State). Has he ever testified for anyone as a State's expert?
