Is there a Statute of Limitations on probation violations in the State of Texas? I skipped in the 2nd year of 5 years probations. I've been not reporting for a couple of years and wondered what the penalty could be? There was a motion to revoke probation but no warrent issued. What's up with that? Is there a statute of limitations in a case like this?

Thanks

This is not the place to get an answer to your question. You should report immediately to your probation officer and hire a lawyer.

Nahh, I don't mind if Running Man asks questions like this. Heck, we are using his log-in information to trace him and contact the local authorities to have him picked up.

Then he'll probably file a goofy DNA motion and win a cap;
Then he'll complain about his Keel provisions, and probably write some bad electronic checks to a court-appointed lawyer who couldn't name Scott's band.
