Does anyone have a compilation / source where I can find out the rules of facebook investigations?
I know that we can use any information that they post on the public site. If the investigator sets up an account using a fake name BUT does not "friend" the person being investigated, rather the investigated person "friends" the investigator, is this a problem? And, if you can answer this question, can you send me the source of the answer? To my knowledge, you cannot make a fake name then try to friend a suspect, but this situation has a twist.
