A friend of mine, who for some reason thinks I know something about criminal law, asked about special or additional admonishment language on guilty pleas in cap murders - life w/o parole. I can't find anything, and 26.13 does not address it. Other than the judge telling the bum, "you ain't gonna be eligible for no parole no time no how", does anyone know of some magic language?
