We have a case where an idiot was smoking a joint with 2 infants in the car with the windows rolled up. I'm looking at endangering a child but just curious if anyone has prosecuted anything along these lines. I suppose that we'll need an expert to prove up imminent danger of bodily injury or physical or mental impairment. Maybe Cheech and/or Chong???? Seriously, any helpful ideas or comments will be appreciated.
