We are beginning a Deferred program for Class C cases. I have found some language from other counties that have similar non-reporting deferred probation programs, most of which include a "administrative fee".
My question is a) under what authority can we charge this fee and b) who gets that fee (County fund? Clerks's office? Judicial Fund? etc?)
