Has anyone tried a case involving Aerial Wildlife Management in violation of P&W Code Sec. 43.1095? I have a case set for trial for hunting feral hogs without a LOA. Any insight from previous trial experience would be appreciated. I am going to Austin this week to meet with P&W attorney(s) and permit folks.
