Just wondering if anyone can get me off to a good start either statutorily or with case law. I have a defendant with 2 victims and wanted to file a Motion to Consolidate and do a Joinder... can anyone give me a starting point (or an ending point if you have already done the research) to support my motion.
Thanks!

If you do multi-count indictments in your county, just allege the separate offenses as separate counts and they are joined.
