Judgments under TPC 12.44(a) are easily handled, but what is everyone doing under 12.44(b)where the state jail offense is prosecuted as a Class A. The indictment still reflects a SJF but the conviction is now for a Class A, so on the judgment is the offense listed as the original SJF or is Class A invented (if no existing Class A applies?) Alternatively, can we only get a Class A from a SJF when then is a TPC Class A offense?
