I am starting to see cases where the marijuana is baked into chocolate candy. My officers have asked how to weigh the marijuana. Any ideas?

Are they finding it a piece of candy at a time on people or like big baking operations? If its just a piece or two, it would be safe to charge them with under 2 oz. since you could argue that it is useable in that form. The big baking operations, I don't know - maybe the feds would be willing to take it, since it is obviously with the intent to deliver. Getting them to take a few of those cases would discourage others in your community from opening up their own sweet shops.
